Advanced support includes up to two hours of general assistance, training, site or plugin crashes, troubleshooting and any task necessary to get your website looking awesome and back on track.
Extreme support includes emergency same day service with most issues resolved the same day or with 24 hours. Urgent status requires a $100 non-refundable fee plus additional fees based on time needed to fix your website. This is a great alternative if your website is down or if you have an eCommerce site that needs to be fixed in order to capture missed revenue.
